Your happiness in your hands

Optimism has it all. Think positive and positive will happen to you. If you think all kinds of negative things positive may change its path or even if it comes to you , you won't be satisfied , you will start looking for all kinds of loop wholes. It is very important that you surround yourself with positive people, the people who carry a positive vibe with them , for just looking at them can help you pass through your bad day but don't just look at them , look and learn. Everybody has got something for you to learn from them and this is something everybody should learn , try it out, you will feel happy about yourself .

In today's world everything is about yourself . It's hard to get real relations ,those that don't want anything but some time of your's , some conversations or just some appreciation. Therefore we have now trained ourselves with thoughts like the real world is like that only , do what you feel is right and dont expect if you don't want to get hurt.

We get to see more and more posts about being hurt ,ignorance and what not. This is because we expect ,we give  and in return we expect, well there's nothing wrong with that , it's human nature , isn't it? Nobody is perfect nor anybody has a perfect life. There are problems in everybody's life , well today or tomorrow you have to face them then why not with a smile , problems won't become any less but you will get the confidence that yes I can do it.

What others think is not in our hands but one thing is for sure in our hands that is our happiness. Don't ever give the power of your happiness to anybody. You think you are alone only then you feel lonely , you think wrong has happen to you only then you feel sad , you think you deserve better only then you feel disheartened. You should think for sure but think about positive things, things that make you happy. Thinking has all the power in it, only you are responsible for your happiness,sadness or anger and only you can change it , yes people can help you come out of it but only if you try for it. If you want to hug your loneliness and sit with it nobody...just nobody can help you. Thinking is important but right thinking is more important.

Here are some tips to keep yourself happy:

• When you are sad stop thinking about your sadness and listen to happy music.
• When you are alone stop thinking about your loneliness and read some novel.
• Whenever you are angry at someone think about where you went wrong rather then it's all his fault .
• Whenever you are tired of your life sit down with a cup of coffee and old memories , relive them .
• When you feel weak write down to your dairy.
• When you feel bored go out for a walk and look at what life people are living and yes dont forget to thank god for the life he has given you .
