'Fear' is a basic emotional sensation. Fear is just the abstract feeling due to perceived thought or thinking ability.
Fear tells go far away dear. In the fast developing world you see lots of people moving fast ahead and lots of going in depression. Depression also leads to Schzophania.
Fear might be due to lack of confidence. A person might feel fear for the particular activity or thing because of his/her lack in confidence level. This can eventually lead to inferior complexity. That phase becomes the huge problem to try something new and accept challenges.
Fear might also be due to past experiences. But past experiences are for learning something from them. They are for knowing the weakness and overcoming them instead of getting feared about them and giving up by not trying them again.
Unless you learn that fear is abstract, you can't come out of it. Fear not dear, take things easy. Nothing is impossible. There are many people who climbes the Mt. Everest despite of having many difficulties, the Fire Fighters enter the fire to save someone's life, etc. All such legends can do such work only because they have a purpose, motivation and self confidence.
So to conclude, all a person needs is to 'Believe in Yourself'. Fear the abstract feeling can be removed by accepting the fear as challenge and being positive about it.
