The Earth is Actually Flat

If the title seems outrageous to see, then gear up your mind for more mind boggling revelations. There is a society, a pretty big one, that believes that the earth is flat. They are named aptly. 'The Flat Earth Society'. These group of people strongly believe that the earth is flat and also propagate that the fact that earth is spherical is just popular propaganda for business cause so that people  can actually be educated in false beliefs and thus, take false education that benefits the spherical earthers with money.

This the model of earth proposed by the society. It accounts for all the observations, or so they say. Lets look at some of their claims:

1)Satellite images are all false propaganda. Moon landing, space probes, nothing happened. All a pack of lies. So, that evidence is not permissible. These are null and void.

2)The earth casts a circular shadow during eclipse on the moon? Simple, because the earth is circular. A circukar shadow does not mean that the earth is spherical.

3) But we all see that the moon is spherical. What about that? That too, is false, according to them. All we see is a circular shape. Plus, scientists agree too that we only see one side of thew moon. Thus, the moon is a circular disk, with only one side facing us, and by interpolation and observation, it is proven that earth is flat too.

4) But how do day and night happen? Simple, according to this model.

5)But what about north and south poles? And polar ice caps? Flat earth society say that these are nothing but propaganda. Some flat earthers also try to justify these claims through 'logic' too. This is the image they have come up with. Although, from a scientific stand point, it makes minimal sense. But anyways, to them, 'science' as we know is all propaganada spread by the 'Spherical earthers', and hence, not admissible as an argument.

Probably, as you might know, none of these actually make sense, though, after meeting with an influential flat earther, all these might seem overwhelming. In reality, all of the flat earth models are different, and separate models are used to describe separate phenomena. They are yet to provide a unified model that explains everything. Its more of a thought exercise, than a real theory. However, its damn interesting.
