we fall prey to the delicious but malign junk food, which are a delight for
your palate but ruinous for your health. You don’t have to completely inhibit the
intake of fast food, just change it from ‘regular’ to ‘seldom’. The best way to
stay healthy is by preparing your food at your home, this way not only you stay
healthy but also prevent burning a hole in your pocket. For a glowing skin, you
need to take a proper diet including all the necessary vitamins and minerals. Make
seasonal fruits your best buddies! Experiment with them. Make detoxifying smoothies
and salads. Fruits are tasty and healthy!
