                              POSITIVE ATTITUDE


A very popular story is that, Once a King became very sick. Many of the doctors have been shown,but no one have ever seen this type of diseas. Then a doctor advised that the king can be get well soon in some condition if he only see green color. The king made everything green. from the palaces of palaces to the clothes,even the food was eaten also made green.
Once a monk passed through the king's village and he saw everywhere green. he asked to people about this green revolution,then he found about the king's diseases. After knowing about the king's condition he came to king and said "Maharaj,what kind of things will you change green? It is not possible to change everything green. It will be better for  you to wear a green glasses and then you will everything green.
So,what we learn from this story? Life is not what others shows us, Life is that how we see it.
Without positive thinking life is incomplete. With power of positive thinking the darkness in our life can be transformed into lights.
Our thoughts are controlled by own thinking, so we have to decide that whether we have to think positive or negative.

Every Thought Is a Seed

We bow a seed,provide it water,light minerals. After sometimes it grows up into a tree. In the same way we have two types of seeds: positive and negative seeds,which further determine our approach and behaviorhal  tree. That is why it is said that our thoughts are just as our conduct. It depends on us that which seed we sow in our brain. with a little conscious and act we can turn a prickly tree into a floral tree. 

David and Goliath: Bible story

A story from bible is quite famous. In a village there was a monster named Goliath. Every person was afraid of him and upset. One day a shephered boy named David came across that village. He asked to villagers that why are they scared to monster. Then the people said-"He is so big that he cannot be killed". David said-"you are right that monster is huge,but it is not that he cannot be killed due to being a grown up,but the fact is that he is so big that the target cannot be missed. Then David killed the monster with a slingshot. The monster was same but david's approach was different.
 so we get moral from the story that think differently.  Don't think what the other people think, the main thing is that what you think.

Positive or Negative 

As we wear black glasses we see everything black and if we wear red glasses we see every thing red.
the same thing  is with the positive and negative thinking. With positive thinking ,we will . see disappointment,sadness and dissatisfaction and with positive thinking we will see happiness and satisfaction all around. It depends upon us whether we see this world with positive glasses or with negative glasses. If we wear positive glasses,then every person will like us and we will find same traits in every person. But if we are wearing  negative glasses then we will become insects to evil.

How to make Positive thinking

Having a positive outlook is a choice. You can choose to think thoughts that elevate your mood, throw a more constructive light on difficult situations, and generally color your day with brighter, more hopeful approaches to the things you do. By choosing to take a positive outlook on life, you can begin to shift out of a negative frame of mind and see life as filled with possibilities and solutions instead of worries and obstacles. Replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Once you're feeling confident that you can spot and challenge negative thoughts, you're ready to make active choices about replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. This doesn't mean that everything in your life will always be positive; it’s normal to have a variety of emotions.   • For example, if you have the thought, “I will probably fail the test,” stop yourself. You’ve already identified the thought as negative and evaluated its accuracy. Now try replacing it with a positive thought. A positive thought doesn’t have to be blindly optimistic, such as “I will definitely get a 100 on the test, even if I don’t study.” It can be something as simple as, “I am going to take time to study and prepare so I do as well on the test as I can.”
  • Use the power of questions. When you ask your brain a question, it tends to find the answer for you. If you ask yourself, "Why is life so terrible?" your brain will try to answer your question. The same is true if you ask yourself, "How did I get to be so lucky?". Ask yourself questions which draw your focus onto positive thoughts.
