MIND: A POSITIVE ASPECT OR A NEGATIVE
ASPECT
The
mind is the most important part of the human body. All our actions and thoughts
are emerged from the mind. Anything we do is signaled from our sensory organs.
A thought can be positive or negative. Thoughts are also emerged through
experience and expectation.
A
bad experience leaves a bad impression in the mind of the person often leading
it to negative thoughts. Bad experience can be in any form like cheating and
many other, through this one sets their mindset in such a way that whatever new
experience they get they always look at it through a negative aspect. They
leave no scope for positive thinking on it.
A
good experience has a positive impact on the mind. It makes a person think
positively about anything. When a person has a good experience, he is motivated
to do something good.
Expectations
leads to different mindsets; a positive or a negative. When you expect
something from someone and you get it, it creates a positive impact in the
mindset of that person. In contrary to that if your expectation doesn’t meet
the need of the other than it creates a negative impression in the mind of the
person.
Positive
aspect makes a person mentally satisfied with what is going around them. They
find motivation in the smallest thing. Positive thinking encourages us to take
risks and expand our horizons. They find enjoyment while doing the work and
take any task in a positive way and do it positively. All this happens because
our mind is set in such a way that we see things in a positive way. Most things
which one thinks is right for them may not be right for the other, it varies
amongst different people, so one must not care about the consequences and
outcomes but to do the task in a positive way, creating a healthy environment.
Negative
aspects create an imbalance in the minds of the people, thinking about the
consequences instead of doing the work. The start criticizing things and
finding ways not to do that thing. Negativity emerges through health issues,
relationships, and other important matters that need attention. We intend to
give attention to things that are not important in life and the outcome is not
as expected hence leading to a negative thought and regretting it.
If
we train our mind to see good in everything than it helps us do things in a
better manner hence improving our efficiency. Our mind is a devil and acts
according to its own will. It controls the whole system that is also
responsible for what we think. Once someone breaks our trust, even though
through severe efforts they cannot get that trust back because our mind is not
ready to accept that.
We
must take control of our mind. We must think positively so we can act
positively.
