Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is the capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage business venture along with any of its risks associated with it. Entrepreneurship isn't a job, it is a mindset.

Entrepreneurship is a collection of innovation, unbiased, useful, new, idea brought together and put into action. The person who builds up such ideas is known as entrepreneur.

Peter Drucker as explained entrepreneur as - "The entrepreneur always searched for change,  responds to it and exploits it as an opportunity."

There are many myths people believe about an entrepreneur that they are gamblers, they are born and not made, they are moneyminded, they like spotlight, etc. But the entrepreneur is a person who with his innovative ideas runs his own business and assumes all the risks and rewards associated with the venture.

There are many such examples to explain the success level of entrepreneur and their entrepreneurship such as Steve Jobs - Chairman, CEO, Co-founder of Apple, Howard Schultz - CEO of Starbucks, Bhavesh Bhatia - an indian citizen, a blind man has his own venture of making candles, etc.

Thus, there are many examples but the main characteristics these great entrepreneurs possess and all the entrepreneur must posses are that they should have passion, motivation, risk taking ability, hard workers, disciplined, management skills, flexible, etc.

Entrepreneurs should believe that a person should create a vision that makes him work hard, motivates him and importantantly that he never gets tired of his work as he loves what he is doing.

It is a step to change the world, to live the world in the way you want. It's your World, Take Control !!
