Yes, I think the Indian culture turn into the western culture. Indian culture with which is one of the oldest and richest culture but it is now under serious threat as western culture is making a strong base in India and slowly and gradually wiping out the Indian culture. It had already made its presence in Metro's and now slowly heading towards their other parts of India.
Westernization has greatly affected our traditions , customs , our family , our respect and love for others. The concept of joint families is fading fast and everyone wants to live aloof. I'm not interested in others affairs and only cares for himself which is totally contradictory to our Indian culture that teach us to be part and parcel of society sharing each others joy and sorrow. Our rich values , traditions are dying down. Western culture taking its place very fast and people are blindly believe without the knowing its consequences.
It is shocking to see that Indians are forgetting their culture. On the contrary westerns are looking towards women culture rituals for dissolving that personal social and national problems. They are coming to India to find peace through yoga and meditation. India has on a good name in the in the field of yoga and meditation in abroad.
At the end I would like to conclude that it is very unfortunate that today's generation has very little knowledge about our culture traditions , custom and roots very bad sign for us.😑😓
