There are so many sometimes in our lives that we get confused what is right and what is wrong. We have no idea how exactly the person in front is feeling or even how we are feeling.😰
Sometimes we are happy yet sad, sometimes we were expecting something but it didn't hurt much when it didn't happen as we get use to being let down. Sometimes we are surrounded by so many people yet so alone, sometimes all you need is a hug or somebody to say everything is going to be fine. Sometimes you feel dull just like that and sometimes there has so much happened and yet you feel nothing.😶
Sometimes you are so hurt you just want to cry and cry but then your tear glands betray you, you can't cry, the feeling suffocates you and you can do nothing about it. Sometimes it is necessary to let go while sometimes you need to hold on to it as if you let it go it may never come back to you. Sometimes you feel so positive and energetic that once you start you go on and on while sometimes you feel so dull and negative that taking even the first step seems to be the most difficult thing.
Sometimes you just don't like anything around you. Sometimes you just feel like running away but then you have to tell your self you can do it, come on be strong. 💪🏻
Sometimes you feel like time is slipping from your hands while sometimes you can hear the clock ticking every second. Sometimes you feel like destroying everything, every single piece that comes to your hand but then you have to tell yourself that nothing except talking can help. Sometimes you overthink and sometimes it's necessary to think before you do anything.🤔
All of us face these sometimes in our lives at different different stages, in all these sometimes it is not necessary that someone will always be there, yes, sometimes you may get somebody's help but at the end it is only you who can help you. The problem comes when your sometime is opposite to the sometime of the person in front, leading to disputes.😟
The solution to all the negative sometimes is a cup of tea. You feel sad have a cup of tea , you feel alone have a cup of tea, you feel nervous, confused have a cup of tea. But this tea is not meant to be some ordinary tea, this tea is to be made by you and to be sipped after sitting down and taking 3 deep breaths. This will help for sure. Or the best can be having your tea with your mother.🙂
