Some daily good habits




We all have 24 hours in a day. To reach success one has to sacrifice some things and spend on the things that really matters. You have to check every week what's the progress ratio of week, means, what have you gain within a week by sacrificing your comforts and some irrelevant activities. You need to stick to some daily good habits to succeed in life and these are -

  • Develop a same time habit.
  1. Every day sleep and wake up up at the same time. Fix a schedule that's convenient to you and stick to that. Even on weekends & holidays, try to stick to that schedule.
  2. Even breakfast and dinner should be according to that schedule.
  • Improve your strengths.
  1. Involve in some sort of physical exercises to be energetic through out the day.
  2. Keeps your mind active. Try to think the solutions of your problems by your own.
  3. Limit the screen time (smartphone, laptop, desktop) if possible.
  4. Try to minimize your television hours as well. It's not difficult. Try it and observe how fresh you feel especially your brain.
  • More improvements
  1. Keep a track of your habits, make list of inclusions and omissions.
  2. Schedule your time, allot slots for tasks.
  3. Before going to bed,  how you spent the day’s time, figure out how much time is wasted. Use this data while planning the schedule for the next day.
  4. Solve mind benders such as Sudoku, crossword, puzzles. This enhances the muscles in the brain leading to a sharper, faster brain functioning.
  5. Read some pages from a personality improvement books.
  • Develop some miscellaneous activities.
  1. Don't sleep within two hours after the dinner.
  2. Before going to sleep, prepare the list of different works to be done the following day.
  3. Drink four litres of water per day. One liter before breakfast, remaining in the rest of the day.
  4. See that you eat three varieties of food, they are: pulses, vegetables, leafy items and fruits everyday.
