I’ve recently been to Burma Burma to try out their Burmese Food in
between the Thingyan duration which is also known to be the Burmese New
Year Festival. That stylish Menu got so much of Burmese Food to start
with. All of them were straight from the Heart of Myanmar. And most of
dishes I tried there were just perfectly cooked with love and
dedication. Burma Burma Cyberhub
Salad options at Burma Burma
Tried some of their salad options like White Fungus Salad & Guava Salad (Mala ka Pin Thoke). White Fungus Salad was something which can be skipped as it was just Ok but one can’t miss that Guava Salad ( a delectable mixture of Guava with crushed peanuts, red chilly and some caramelized onions). Starters at Burma Burma
Started my Meal with those Crunchy Tofu Buns. If I
talk about Buns only, they itself were so soft and the Crunchy Tofu
Patty was so delicious. Just loved their Combo of White Bun with crunchy
Tofu. Crunchy Tofu BunsLotus Stem Crisps (Kyar Yoe Kyaw) were something
which kept on eating the whole time. It felt like some sort of Lotus
Stem Chips dusted with Paprika & curry leaves. I personally
recommend this to everyone. Lotus Stem Crisps (Kyar Yoe Kyaw)
Exploring Desserts at Burma Burma
Their Avocado Ice Cream was so good and well
presented with a bowl of Dry Ice. I fell in love with that Ice Cream. So
smooth and delectable with a Perfect flavor of Avocado. A Must Try
Dessert! Avocado Ice CreamCoconut Ice Cream with Black Sticky Rice were
something easy to explain. I liked the Coconut Ice Cream part in that
Dessert. They could’ve ignored that Black Sticky Rice as they weren’t
going well with that Coconut Ice Cream. Coconut Ice Cream with Black Sticky Rice
Tea Time
Burma Burma is specialized for their tea. So, I had their Jasmine White Tea and it was so good as I can’t elaborate much in words. Specially the way they serve their Tea in those traditional Japanese Nambu Teapot
with that colorful 4-minute Tea Timer that was indicating that Tea
needs 4 minutes to prepare completely. Tea was served along with some
tea cups and sunflower seeds which goes so well with that tea. Jasmine White Tea
